Engine teardowns

Through experience of managing over 15 aircraft and engine acquisitions/teardowns, in carrying out these teardowns, Aeras is able to recirculate this material back into the aviation supply chain and eco system ensuring airlines can continue to fly. The repair of these parts back into the supply chain is carried out by FAA/EASA and CAAC regulated and approved repair shops. With Quality being a pertinent part behind what we do, Aeras ensures that a close relationship is formed to ensure promised TAT (Turnaround Times) has been achieved and that high quality work has been carried out.

Throughout the TD process, selecting the right partners is important to ensure that Aeras is able to maximise the potential out of the asset and in turn pass this down to the customer. This is both from a cost saving and quality perspective.
