Aeras Aviation works closely with strategic customers and partners supporting them with engine material for their shop visit requirements via our teardown. The platforms that Aeras currently focusing on are the CFM56-3/5 & 7, CF6-80, PW4000 & V2500-A5 platforms.
Throughout the teardown process, selecting the right partners is important and key, ensuring that we are able to provide both a cost saving and on time service.
Aeras provide a cost-effective support solution for customers with our Fan Blade exchange program.
The programme requires having a stock of repaired blades readily available for exchange (or sell), whether the requirement be for a single matched pair, or a complete set.

Our Engine Management Programs (EMP) are aimed at achieving savings, both time and money for our customers. Our team at Aeras will aim to provide replacement material at lower costs compared to what airlines will pay engine shops.
Through our EMP, we are able to offer solutions to customers which include a number of alternative options such as exchanges and sales of engines and engine components. We understand the importance of engines being inducted and the necessity to turn these around quickly and efficiently.
